Pricing policy
Minimum 3 days stay, except weekends only (2 days)
Low Season 1.200kr (100€) / night
=> (01/04 - 19/06 and 01/09 -22/12)
High Season 1.300kr (110€) / night
=> (23/12 - 31/03 and 20/06 - 31/08)
Weekends only bookings are +10% on standard rates.
Regular guests (your second booking) enjoy -15% off standard rates.
Prebooking fee
Prebooking fee (confirmed reservation) is 40% of total cost for the stay. 90% refundable if cancelation is made uptil 8 weeks prior to arrival. If cancelation is made less then 30 days before arrival, the prebooking fee is refunded 50%. If cancelation is made less then 7 days before arrival, the prebooking fee is not refunded.
Latest 1 day prior to check-in, the remaining balans (60%) must be received.
We accept SWISH and Bank Transfers (IBAN).
Guarentee deposit
Latest 1 week prior to check-in, a guarentee deposit* of 1.200kr (100€) / stay it requested, and will be refunded lasted 1 week after check-out.

Check-in/Chech-out
Check-in 15h00, Check-out 12h00. If you need to arrive earlier or have a late departure, check with us possibilities and we'll do all our best to meet your needs.
Extras / Options
Bed Linen. Pillows and Duvets are available for all guests. For an extra charge we can also provide you with Bed Linen (duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase) and Towels (2x sizes). Laundry of Bed Linen is included in the extra charge. 100kr (8€) / stay / person.
Cleaning Services. Your are expected to leave the house in the same order / clean as you found it on the day you checked-in. Vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop and cleaning products are provided. But we can do the cleaning for you for an charge of 1000kr (85€) / check-out.
